Public Transportation Near Valencia
The community is surrounded by three major roads in the UAE, Emirates Road (E611), Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Dubai – Al Ain Road (E66). These roads connect the community with all other areas of the city. All of these roads are less than 10-minutes away from the villas in Valencia.
Public transportation near Valencia is limited to taxis mostly, which are easily available outside the community gates. Online cab services such as Careem and Uber also operate in the area. To hail a bus service, one can go to the bus stations in the neighbouring community which takes about 8-minutes to reach via car. The nearest metro station is Creek Metro Station, about 18-minutes away.

SUPERMARKETS NEAR VALENCIA
There is an ample number of retail stores and supermarkets near Valencia for residents to manage their daily shopping and grocery. Spinneys in the Centro community mall is 5-minutes away from Valencia and is the preferred option for many residents due to easy access, a good range of products and a reliable name.
There are some other options in the neighbouring areas of the community. There is another branch of Spinneys in Dubai Silicon Oasis, which is 13-minutes from the community. Carrefour Supermarket is also about 14-minutes away from Valencia.
MOSQUES IN VALENCIA
There is a community mosque in Valencia, Masjid A’aishah Umm Al-Mu’mineen located in the community centre. There are other mosques located close to Valencia in neighbouring areas and communities. Al Waha Masjid and Falcon City Mosque are located in the Dubailand community and are easily accessible to residents of Valencia.
