Presently, the gated community is under construction, however, some projects in the first phase were sold out 3 days post completion. Developed by Majid Al Futtaim, the community will feature residential properties, retail outlets, recreation centres and numerous lifestyle amenities. It is expected to be 100% completed and handed over in 2025.

The development will redefine waterfront living with a 70,000-metre square Lagoon Al Ghaf, overlooking the 400m beachfront destination called Hive Beach and a 1.5 km waterfront.
