Dubai Technology Park (DTP), now known as Dubai National Industries Park (NIP), is a tech hub and free trade zone of the emirate. COMMUNITY OVERVIEW
Technology Park, Dubai, was formed in 2016 per the decree issued by the Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The under-development commercial area covers an area of 21 million sq. km., about 30% of which is open spaces. There are three types of licences issued by Techno Park Jebel Ali Dubai to operate in the district. These are:

- Trading Licence – To carry out import, export, distribution and storage of certain goods
